Tek Import does not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to others. We are committed to protecting customer’s privacy. We use the information we collect about customer to process customer’s order - the information collected is what is submitted at the time of ordering and this is collected lawfully and in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998. The secure server software (SSL) encrypts all information you input before it is sent to us. Furthermore, as required by the UK Data Protection Acts of 1984 and 1998, we follow strict security procedures in the storage and disclosure of information which you have given us, to prevent unauthorised access.

All orders placed via the Site are governed by Tek Import's Terms of Sale. You should refer to our Terms of Sale to learn more about our return policy and shipping terms. By ordering and/or accepting delivery of the products, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Sale, including the disclaimers and limitations of liability therein. The Terms of Sale are subject to change without prior notice at any time, in Tek Import's sole discretion so you should review the Terms of Sale each time you make a purchase.

2. ACCOUNT OBLIGATIONS

13. GOVERNING LAW

In the event of dispute relating to the application or the interpretation of this Terms of Use, the parts are appropriate to seek a friendly solution. With defect, the courts within the competence of the Court d’Appel in PARIS - France, will be only qualified.

You may not assign, convey, subcontract or delegate your rights, duties or obligations hereabove.
